Dr. Yongqian Zhao received her BSc in Biological Science from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore in 2010, followed by her PhD in Life Sciences from National University of Singapore in 2015. She joined Prof. Bik TYE’s group in the HKUST as postdoctoral fellow since April 2017. She has been appointed as Research Assistant Professor of the Division of Life Science and Junior Fellow of the HKUST Jockey Club Institute for Advanced Studies since October 2017. Her current research focuses on study of the structures and functions of the eukaryotic DNA replication machinery using cryo-EM technology. |
