錄像及圖片集 詳情

IAS Senior Visiting Fellow Prof Jamal Deen discusses his calibrated theoretical modeling that provides excellent description of the characteristics of the quantum dot infrared photodetectors, for successful device design with optimized performance, as well as the growth and characterization of quantum dots. He also discusses the low-cost, ultra-violet to near-infrared, silicon photodetectors and imagers that are having a significant impact in the development of high-sensitivity, high-speed bioimagers for applications in medicine, biology, biomolecular sciences and chemistry.

For attendees’ attention

The lecture is free and open to all. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Light refreshments will be served from 4:30 to 5:00 pm.
