Abstract

In this talk, the speaker will introduce a no-ghost theorem, which is a large class of scalar-tensor theories free from Ostrogradsky ghost. In the framework of ghost free scalar-tensor theories, he will show an example which exhibits the finite gravitation at UV side. The theory is thus power counting renormalisable.
