Applicants for Oral/ Poster Presentation

[Intended Oral Presenters] Please complete and submit the registration form here on or before August 31, 2026 (Mon). All applications will be reviewed by the organizing committee and selected based on the submitted abstracts. Successful applicants will be notified by mid of September 2026 for the acceptance as an oral presenter (Note: Applicants not selected for an oral presentation will automatically be considered for a poster presentation).

[Intended Poster Presenters] Please complete and submit the registration form here on or before August 31, 2026 (Mon). All applications will be reviewed by the organizing committee and selected based on the submitted abstracts. Successful applicants will be notified by late-September 2026.

**A limited number of travel scholarships are available to support travel expenses for trainee oral presenters from outside Hong Kong. If you wish to apply for financial support, please indicate your interest during registration, submit your Curriculum Vitae and briefly describe your research interests (approximately 200 words) in the dedicated section of the form. All applications will be reviewed by the organizing committee, and successful applicants will be notified by mid-October, 2026.**
