On-campus:

Li Dak Sum Yip Yio Chin Kenneth Li Conference Lodge (Conference Lodge)

- The Conference Lodge is a short-term on-campus accommodation for HKUST guests and visitors.
- Different types of rooms, i.e. single, double, twin, studio and accessible, are available at the Conference Lodge. Reservation for a particular room type should be made on request and is subject to room availability at the time of visit.
- Check-in time starts at 14:00 and check-out time is at 12:00.
- Daily room cleaning service is provided.
- Complimentary in-room Wi-Fi and fixed line Internet access is available.
- Complimentary breakfast is served.

Off-campus:

Dorsett Kwun Tong (Address: 84 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong (Google map / 高德地圖)

- We have obtained a special offer from Dorsett Kwun Tong (website) for our conference participants.
- This hotel is conveniently located in the Kwun Tong District, approximately a 15-minute walk from the Kwun Tong MTR station.
- To commute to HKUST, you can take the MTR from Kwun Tong Station to Hang Hau Station, where you can take a bus or minibus to the HKUST campus.
- Coach service between the hotel and the conference venue may be provided, depending on the number of reservations received.

Standard Room (19 sq. m): HK$660 – 800 net per night (inclusive of a 10% service charge and 3% government tax)

- Daily breakfast buffet available for HK$90 net per person.

The Secretariat will contact the invited speakers / invited participants / session chairs of the conference in due course for booking.

 

Important Notice:
We have been informed that some of our speakers have received emails from travel agencies regarding lodging arrangements for the conference. Please note that all official correspondence related to the conference will come from the Secretariat, using an email address that ends in @ust.hk.

If you receive any conference-related emails from addresses other than @ust.hk, we advise you not to respond, click on any links, or provide any personal or credit card information. For any questions, please contact us directly at ias2026em@ust.hk.
