Invited Speakers/Invited Attendees have been arranged to stay at the Li Dak Sum Yip Yio Chin Kenneth Li Conference Lodge (Conference Lodge) on HKUST campus from February 25, 2024 to February 28, 2024 (3 nights). Room reservation has been made by the Secretariat for all Invited Speakers. Please refer to the invitation email or contact the Secretariat for confirmation, if needed.

Some Invited Speakers/Invited Attendees have made special requests (e.g., stay period; payment method etc.) for their accommodation arrangements. They will be contacted by the Secretariat separately for further information/confirmation.

Invited Speakers/Invited Attendees can check-in at the Conference Lodge on February 25, 2024 (Sunday) starting from 14:00. The check-out time on February 28, 2024 (Wednesday) is at 12:00.
