| Li Dak Sum Yip Yio Chin Kenneth Li Conference Lodge (Conference Lodge) | ||
| - | The Conference Lodge is a short-term on-campus accommodation for HKUST guests and visitors. | |
| - | Different types of rooms, i.e. single, double, twin, studio and accessible, are available at the Conference Lodge. Reservation for a particular room type should be made on request and is subject to room availability at the time of visit. | |
| - | Check-in time starts at 14:00 and check-out time is at 12:00. | |
| - | Daily room cleaning service is provided. | |
| - | Complimentary in-room Wi-Fi and fixed line Internet access is available. | |

| Some of the speakers and invited participants will be arranged to stay in Nina Hotel Kowloon East for the night of March 2 (Saturday). It is located in Kwun Tong with a 45-minute drive from the Hong Kong International Airport, and a 20-minute taxi ride to get to HKUST.
