Campus Access Control:
| - | To enter the campus for this event, non-HKUST members who have signed up via the event registration form and been accepted by the workshop secretariat will be registered as “visitors” by the workshop secretariat to the University for their easy access thru the campus gates on the event day. |
Disease Prevention Measures:

Except for exempted persons, all participants entering the campus and event venue must comply with the “Vaccine Pass” arrangements (See https://www.coronavirus.gov.hk/eng/vaccine-pass.html) and other requirements under Cap.599F (See https://www.coronavirus.gov.hk/pdf/vp_ac.pdf). |

The participant has been vaccinated in the manner specified in the direction of Cap.599F and obtained the QR code of his/ her vaccination record in his/ her LeaveHomeSafe app; |

The participants holds a valid Provisional Vaccine Pass / medical exemption certificate and obtained a negative test report (conducted within last 14 days) / recovery record in his/ her LeaveHomeSafe app. |

Participants will be requested to present the “Vaccine Pass” for verification at the campus gates. |

Participants will be required to take temperature check at the entrance of the venue. Those with fever and/or upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) symptoms will be denied for entry. |

Participants must properly wear a mask covering their nose and mouth at all times in the venue. |

Participants should follow seating instruction imposed by onsite staff as special seating arrangements and capacity control will be implemented. |
