 China Everbright Water Limited (“Everbright Water” or the “Company”) is an outstanding service provider focusing on integrated water restoration in China. The Company is listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX.U9E). Its controlling shareholder, China Everbright International Limited (“Everbright International”) is listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKSE.00257). Everbright Water is the sole water business platform of China Everbright Group Ltd. (“Everbright Group”), a state-owned financial holding group under management of Central Government of the People’s Republic of China.
The Company is principally engaged in municipal waste water treatment, industrial water treatment, sponge city construction, sludge treatment, reusable water, waste water source heat pump, integrated watershed management, engineering construction, operation management, technology research and development, etc. The Company’s geographical footprint spans across Beijing, Shandong, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Henan, etc.
By the end of May 2016, Everbright Water has invested in and operated over 75 water projects with the designed daily treatment capacity of approximately 5 million m3. The Company has more than HKD14 billion of total assets.
