On-campus:

Invited speakers are highly recommended to stay on-campus Conference Lodge, a hospitality facility located just a few steps away from IAS building.

- Room rates vary from HK$750/night to HK$1,500/night. Special rates for
IAS program participants range from HK$700/night to HK$800/night
- Daily room cleaning service is provided
- Complimentary breakfast
- Complimentary minibar beverage
- Free wired and wireless internet access

Reservations must be made through IAS and the Secretary will contact invited speakers to confirm the reservation. Due to limited availability of on-campus accommodation, in some circumstances guests may be requested to stay off-campus. For enquiries, please contact us.

Off-campus:

Participants may also consider staying in an off-campus hotel during their visit. The following two hotels are located in Tseung Kwan O with about 10-minute drive from campus, and a 45-minute drive from the Hong Kong International Airport.
